Sometimes the journey to finding ourselves can be short and direct, with a clear line taking us from point A to point B. Then there are those times when it’s a meandering trail that winds through thousands of miles of mountains, deserts, and forests that later make us stronger and more resilient than we were at the first clumsy steps of the journey. The latter was the case for today’s guest, Cheryl Strayed, author of "Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail" (made into a 2014 movie starring Reese Witherspoon).
